Terms & conditions

Last updated: October 20, 2026

Welcome to Car Liberty Line Shipping. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of https://carlibertylineshipping.com and your interactions with our website and vehicle transportation services. By using the website or requesting services, you agree to these terms to the extent applicable to your use.

Please read these terms carefully. If you do not agree with them, discontinue use of the website.

1. Services

Car Liberty Line Shipping provides information and assistance relating to vehicle transportation, including open car transport, enclosed car transport, door-to-door auto transport, and state-to-state auto transport.

Actual service availability depends on the vehicle, route, pickup and delivery locations, carrier availability, and the agreed arrangements. Website descriptions are general information and do not guarantee availability for any particular shipment.

2. Quotes and Pricing

Quotes and estimates are based on the information provided by the customer and the conditions known when the estimate is prepared. The price and service details must be confirmed according to the written booking terms before transportation is arranged.

Pricing may be affected by changes to vehicle condition or dimensions, pickup or delivery locations, requested dates, transport method, carrier availability, or other material details. Any applicable price change should be communicated and handled in accordance with the accepted agreement.

A quote is not a confirmed booking unless the required acceptance and confirmation steps have been completed.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about the vehicle, including its year, make, model, condition, dimensions when relevant, pickup address, delivery address, and preferred schedule.

Customers must disclose whether the vehicle is operable and identify known mechanical issues, modifications, low ground clearance, or other conditions that could affect loading and transportation.

Customers must have the legal authority to arrange transportation for the vehicle. They are responsible for making the vehicle available, providing the keys and necessary access, and following reasonable preparation instructions supplied by the carrier.

4. Pickup and Delivery

Pickup and delivery dates or times may be estimates unless the written agreement expressly states otherwise. Traffic, weather, road restrictions, mechanical problems, carrier scheduling, and other circumstances can affect transportation timing.

Door-to-door service means pickup and delivery as close to the requested addresses as reasonably possible, subject to safety, legal access, road conditions, and the carrier’s ability to operate at those locations. An alternative nearby meeting point may be necessary.

Customers should remain reachable during the agreed pickup and delivery windows and promptly communicate any changes to their contact details or arrangements.

5. Vehicle Preparation and Inspection

Customers should remove personal belongings and valuables unless an exception has been expressly approved in writing. Personal items may be prohibited by carrier policy or may not be covered by applicable insurance or cargo coverage.

Customers should document the vehicle’s condition before pickup and review the inspection report prepared at collection. At delivery, customers should inspect the vehicle and document apparent damage or discrepancies before completing delivery paperwork, where possible.

Any damage concern should be reported promptly in accordance with the applicable carrier documents, claims procedure, and written agreement.

6. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

Payment amounts, payment methods, deposit requirements, cancellation rules, and refund eligibility depend on the terms disclosed and accepted for the particular booking.

Customers should review these terms before confirming a shipment. Any applicable deposit, cancellation charge, or other fee should be disclosed in accordance with the booking agreement and applicable law.

Nothing in this section overrides a specific written agreement or a consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

7. Carriers, Insurance, and Claims

The party arranging transportation and the party physically transporting the vehicle may be different, depending on the booking structure. The applicable agreement should identify the relevant parties and their responsibilities.

Insurance availability, limits, exclusions, deductibles, and claims procedures vary by carrier and shipment. Customers should request and review relevant coverage information before booking. Do not assume that personal belongings, mechanical failures, pre-existing damage, or every type of loss is covered.

Claims must be handled under the applicable carrier documents, insurance terms, and governing law. Nothing in these terms removes a right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Website Use and Intellectual Property

Website text, branding, design, graphics, and other content may be protected by intellectual property laws. Unless permitted by law or authorized in writing, visitors may not reproduce, republish, distribute, or commercially exploit website content.

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or use the website in a way that violates applicable law.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

The website may contain links to third-party websites or services for convenience. Car Liberty Line Shipping does not control all third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, availability, or policies.

10. Website Information and Liability

We aim to keep website information useful and current, but we do not guarantee that every page is complete, error-free, or continuously available. General website content is not a substitute for the written terms applicable to an individual shipment.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Car Liberty Line Shipping disclaims liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website. This provision does not exclude liability where exclusion is prohibited by law or override rights established by a specific written agreement.

11. Privacy

Your use of the website is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how personal information may be collected, used, and disclosed.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms and Conditions as our website, services, or legal obligations change. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Changes apply as permitted by law and do not automatically modify the terms of a previously confirmed shipment.

13. Governing Law

These terms are subject to applicable laws. Any choice of governing law or venue for a particular transaction should be stated in the relevant written agreement and applied consistently with mandatory legal requirements.
